Michelle loves group fitness in any version. As a veteran instructor of many fitness disciplines, she has found her passion riding to the beat! Her philosophy, “The power of group fitness is like no other. Being in a class with like minded people, setting goals and pushing past comfort zones, while using the energy of the people around you, is a very powerful tool. Group fitness brings a little bit of competition, a lot of accountability and most important, a feeling of accomplishment.
